Privacy Policy

What Aim Hii collects when you use aimhii.com, why, who it is shared with, and the choices you have.

At a glance

  • We collect what you type into our forms, calculators and assessment, plus limited technical information that keeps the site secure.
  • We use it to respond to you and to follow up about your business development.
  • We never sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run the site for us.
  • If you give us a website, an AI service reads its public pages. Your name and email are never sent to it.
  • You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time.

Who we are

Aim Hii (“Aim Hii”, “we”, “us”) is an offsite business development technology provider. This policy covers aimhii.com, the reports held on report.aimhii.com, and the emails we send in reply to what you submit on them.

The site is written for businesses. The information you give us is usually about you in your work role (your name, business email and phone) and about your company.

What we collect

When you use the Contact form

Your first and last name, company and business email; your phone number and your company website or social link if you give them; what you are interested in; and what you tell us about your situation. We also record that you agreed to the privacy statement, and where you came from (the referring page, or a campaign tag in the link you followed).

If you tick the newsletter box, we keep your email address, name and company once on our newsletter list, with the wording you agreed to and when, as the record of your permission to email you. You can ask to be removed at any time.

If you bring figures from one of our calculators, they travel with your request unless you remove them. The form shows them and offers a button to leave them out.

When you request a Free Business Development Analysis

Your company name and website (or, if your company has no website, the links to its social media pages that you give us), any other websites you list, your name and business email, and your phone number, country and answers to the optional questions if you give them. Figures from a calculator travel with it in the same way, and can be removed the same way. Your details are saved when you move past the first step, and your answers as you type them, so a request left part-way is not lost and our team can help you finish it.

When you use a Business Calculator

Your full name and business email, how you chose to fill the calculator in, your company website if you choose the Fill Wizard (AI), and the figures and result of your estimate. These are saved when you continue past the first step and when your result is shown, so Aim Hii can follow up on the estimate.

When you take the AI Opportunity Assessment

Your answers about your business, and, only once you have your result, your full name, company and business email, and your website and phone if you choose to give them.

When you book your presentation time

The time you choose, with your name, business email and company, is booked on Aim Hii’s Google Calendar, which creates the video-conference link and may email you Google’s calendar invitation. Aim Hii emails you the confirmation and reminders before the presentation, and keeps the booking with your request. If you leave before booking, your request is kept for up to 30 days so Aim Hii can follow up, then deleted.

When you email us

What you write, and the address you write from.

Collected automatically

  • Your IP address, used briefly to limit repeated submissions and to stop spam. With calculator leads and assessments we keep a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of it, not the address itself.
  • Your browser’s user-agent string (browser and device type), kept with calculator leads and assessments.
  • The language the site is shown in, and the page a form or calculator was used on.
  • Visits from our emails. If you arrive through a link in an email Aim Hii sent you, the pages you view and how long each was on screen, linked to the company the email was sent to. Browsers that send Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track send nothing.
  • Usage information, when analytics is active: pages viewed and events such as starting or completing a calculator. These events carry no name, email or phone. The Meta Pixel also records the pages you visit, as described in Who we share it with. See Cookies and browser storage.

How we use it

  • To respond to your request: to prepare and present your Free Business Development Analysis, return your call, or answer your question.
  • To send what you asked for: the confirmation email and your AI Opportunity overview.
  • To follow up with you about your business development, for example about an estimate you ran.
  • To keep the site secure and free of spam, and to understand how it is used.
  • To meet legal obligations.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on your consent (the Contact form or the analysis request), on taking steps you asked for before any agreement, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries, following up with businesses that contacted us, and keeping the site secure.

A company that contacts us through the website is never placed on our outbound calling lists.

AI and your website

When you give us your company website for the Fill Wizard (AI) in a calculator, our server reads your site’s public pages (the home page and at most one more) and sends that text, with your domain name, to OpenAI, which suggests starting figures for the calculator.

When you request a Free Business Development Analysis, the report reviews what a prospective customer can see of your company publicly. Our server reads up to ten public pages of your website, checks basic technical points (such as broken links, the sitemap and your email domain’s public DNS records), and searches the web for public information about your company (using OpenAI’s web search) and for its public Google Business listing, using the data provider Oxylabs. If your company has no website, the social media pages you give us are looked up the same way. What is found, with your company name and domain, is sent to OpenAI to write the report.

  • Your name, email, phone and answers are never sent to the AI.
  • Anything printed on your public website is included as it appears, because that is the text being read.
  • Every AI figure is marked as an estimate and is yours to change. A report observation is kept only when it quotes public text word for word, or rests on a technical check our server measured itself.
  • The report’s scores are calculated by our own code from the individual checks, never written by the AI.
  • A calculator reading of a website is kept for 30 days, so the same site is not read twice.

The AI Opportunity Assessment does not use AI to rank your answers: the ranking is a fixed formula shown on the page. No decision with a legal or similar effect on you is made automatically.

The analysis report

When you request a Free Business Development Analysis, we prepare a short PDF report of what a prospective customer can see of your company publicly. It is for Aim Hii’s team, who use it to prepare your analysis; we do not email it to you. It holds your name, company, website or social pages, your answers and any calculator figures you included. Other requests made through the Contact form do not produce a report.

Each report sits at a long, random link that is not listed anywhere, and search engines are told not to index it. Reports sent to visitors before 28 September 2026 keep their links. Ask us and we will take a report down; its link then stops working.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. Apart from the Meta Pixel described below, which is used for Aim Hii’s own advertising, we share it only with the service providers that run the site for us, and only as much as each needs:

  • Our hosting provider, where the site and its database run.
  • Our email delivery provider, which sends our emails.
  • OpenAI, which reads public website text and searches the web as described in AI and your website.
  • Oxylabs, which looks up your company’s public Google Business listing for the analysis report. It receives your company name and country, nothing else.
  • Cloudflare, whose Turnstile check receives your IP address to tell people from spam, when it is enabled on the Contact and analysis request forms.
  • Google, through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, when analytics is active, and through Google Calendar when you book a presentation time.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram), through the Meta Pixel: the pages you visit on this site, your IP address and browser details. Aim Hii uses this to measure its advertising on Facebook and Instagram and to show that advertising to people who have visited the site. Meta also uses it under its own privacy policy. What you type into our forms is not sent to Meta. The pixel is not loaded for visitors in Europe, or when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.

Contact-form requests from prospective clients are also recorded in Aim Hii’s own management system, which our team uses to follow up. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business sale or merger, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.

We keep cookies to a minimum. Our own are for language and security; nothing we set follows you to other sites.

They match your visit, and any request you send, to the company the email went to. Google’s advertising signals are switched off everywhere on this site. You can turn off the Meta Pixel by turning on Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track in your browser, and choose how Meta uses your activity in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works, though your language choice will not be remembered.

Translation. The translated versions of this site are prepared in advance and served from our own server. Nothing about you or the page you are reading is sent to a translation service as you browse.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries, calculator leads, assessments and reports for as long as they help us respond to you and follow up about your business development, and we delete them when you ask. Security tokens expire within hours, anti-spam records within about an hour, and the language cookie after a year.

Security

The site runs only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Forms are protected against forgery and automated abuse, access to stored information is limited to the people who need it, and report links are long and unguessable. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us information you would not want a business partner to hold, passwords, payment details or confidential records do not belong in our forms.

Your choices and rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what information we hold about you, and give you a copy;
  • correct it;
  • delete it, including taking down a report link;
  • stop contacting you.

Depending on where you live (for example in the EEA, the UK, or US states such as California), you may have further rights, such as to object to or restrict our use of your information, to move it elsewhere, or to withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect what was done before. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights, and we may need to confirm your identity first.

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority, though we would welcome the chance to put things right first.

International transfers

Our service providers may process information in the United States and in other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers, such as the contractual terms those providers offer.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Aim Hii team members

The Living Resource Library is an internal training area for Aim Hii team members. When you sign in, we keep your name, work email, your test answers and results, and a sign-in cookie that lasts up to 30 days or until you sign out. Results are emailed to you and may be copied to the people who run the programme.

Changes to this policy

When what we do with information changes, we update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes are also noted here.
